Welcome To The Galloway Cattle Society Of New Zealand ​​

The Galloway is one of the world's longest established breeds of beef cattle, named after the Galloway region of Scotland. They are well known for their hardiness,  ideal suckler cows, producing excellent beefy calves and being naturally polled. Galloway Cattle have a great deal to offer and will fit either a traditional hill farm or low land farm.

Riggit Galloway

We are thrilled to announce that the Riggit Galloway has been officially accepted by the Society. We look forward to welcoming the Riggit Galloway into its separate herdbook.
